Get Fine Challenge

Ok so i'm on this #GetFineChallenge that i created for myself to make sure i look good in my outfits for Spring Break...The problem is, is that its so hard to eat right when i constantly want chocolate or i'm craving a half pint of cookies-n-cream ice cream. So here's what i've decided to do: If i have a craving just eat a small portion of whatever it is and work out extra hard to get ride of the all those calories i took in when i was making love to that Kit Kat bar lol. I absolutely love food but in all seriousness there are so many healthy foods that taste really good and will help you as you try to live a better/ healthier life. Heres a List of Things i've tried and really like that are tasty as well as healthy:/i> *Chobani Greek Yogurt ( so far i love the strawberry flavor) *Fruit is always a plus (Strawberries, grapes, red/ green apples, bananas etc) *Baked Chicken or Fish *Salad (balsamic, Vinegar and Oil or Italian dressing) *Fiber One snack bars (This are really good but be ready to run to the restroom) *Special K cereal with Silk milk ( light soy and vanilla flavor) *Cucumbers with a little salt and pepper * You should always eat 5 to 6 meals a day. Make sure you have 3 meals (eat in healthy portions) and 2or3 snacks...this helps you to loose weight a little faster. And Whats eating right if your don't work out????? Make sure you get of some type of work out plan to help drop those pounds and tone up. www.twitter.com/@MsStans1

  1. thanks for tagging me on this site. i really need help with losing weight. i been trying to get ready for the fasting i decided to do myself on march 1-june 1. so im trying to get my body ready for that but its so hard. but i just need a healthier life style. but fasting is want i want to do first. your post have great ideas
